Ude kime nage
Literally “Projection controlling the elbow”. A technique that is part of the variants of projections of the technical repertoire of Aikido.
Ude kime nage, consists of placing ourselves outside of Uke to extend his arm while our arm pushes down and up in a pivoting action (also using the grip on his wrist) and throwing uke forward by means of our advance and the descent of our arms.
